Due to many recent cancellations and no-shows, there will be a new cancellation policy put in place. I appreciate everyone and all of their business throughout the years. I do apologize for any additional effort required to book your appointment. NEW POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS. -I will require a 24 hr notice for canceled appointments! If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs leading up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service reserved. -"NO-SHOWS"- If you do not show up for your appointment without notice you will be charged 50% of the service and no longer be allowed to use online services for booking appointments . -With all that being said, a card must be put on file at the time of your booking. The card will not be charged until time of checkout. If you choose to use a different payment option, you may do so at the time of checkout. I understand things happen that are out of our control, people get sick, pets get sick, car troubles,family emergencies etc. But please communicate with your stylist. Please keep in mind that cancellations and no-shows are a loss of wages for myself and my family. Allowing enough time when canceling your appointment will allow me enough time to offer that spot to someone else. There will also be a waiting list you may now be added to online to receive notifications on any availability that may come up. I appreciate everyone's business, support and loyalty!
